Dede Soulé
Director of Sales and Marketing

Dede Soulé graduated from University of Oklahoma with Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. She serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Avansic, where she she manages Account Executives in selling ESI processing products and services to law firms and corporations. She also oversees the multi-city marketing efforts for the company.

Previously, Mrs. Soulé has worked for Wiltel Communications as an Account Executive in Carrier Sales, where she was responsible for selling Wiltel’s fiberoptic network to other long distance companies. Then, she commuted to Atlanta when she became the Director of Sales for Premiere Communications, where her primary responsibilities included sales of calling card services to telecommunications companies and the management of a group of sales executives.

Dede Soulé actively works for the American Lung Association and the First United Methodist Church. She is also a member of the Parent Teacher Organization at Monte Cassino School.

Julie Hackler

Julie Hackler graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Math and Science Education. For 10 years Julie worked for Abbott Laboratories and Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Sales Representative where she was responsible for educating physicians, specialists and new employees on current pharmaceutical products.

At Avansic, Julie manages client relationships with corporations and law firms in Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana. She is responsible for contacting clients regarding Avansic's ESI processing, data preservation, online review, and expert consulting services. Julie coordinates expert speaking engagements featuring Avansic's staff with local and national associations for either CLE credit and sponsorships. She works closely with Avansic's expert laboratory staff and research team to stay up to date on the latest capabilities and innovations in ESI processing. Julie also analyzes strategic partnerships in order to expand Avansic's services throughout the nation.

Julie has a number of volunteer commitments, including work with the Appleseed Foundation in New Orleans. She also works with Hope Rains, a foundation dedicated to helping young women in Oklahoma who have been diagnosed with cancer. Julie also serves as a Board intern for Emergency Infant Services in Tulsa.

Tina Morton

Tina Morton graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science. She has more than 10 years of sales and client-development experience in the medical and pharmaceutical markets. During that time, she had a consistent record of high sales results accomplished through understanding her client needs and developing relationships with clients, employees and senior management.

At Avansic, Tina manages client relationships with corporations and law firms in Oklahoma, Missouri and Illinois selling e-discovery and digital forensics services and expertise. She works with local and national associations coordinating expert speakers or CLE credit and sponsorship. Tina is responsible for implementing business strategies and seeking strategic partnerships in order to expand Avansic’s services across the region.

Bobbie Poindexter

As an Account Executive for Avansic, she manages client relationships with law firms and corporations marketing E-Discovery and Digital Forensics services. Bobbie is responsible for implementing business development strategies, seeking strategic partnerships and working with local and national legal organizations in multiple states across the Southeast.

Mrs. Poindexter previously worked for Stonebridge Technologies, Inc., where she served as a Senior Account Executive for 13 years. She was responsible for helping the company provide mission critical, high-availability IT solutions and professional services to Oklahoma and Arkansas based companies. She then worked for 3 years as a Senior Account Executive for TMA Systems, LLC in the East Coast healthcare division. There, she marketed TMA's software solutions focused on Facilities Maintenance Management across 22 states. Bobbie holds a Business Administration degree from Rogers State University.

Lance Watson
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Lance Watson is responsible for overseeing the Case Management group at Avansic. He is responsible for oversight of all pending and current cases at Avansic and consults with the case managers to ensure clients’ specific needs are addressed. Watson manages the retainer agreements and issues work orders for the collection and investigation of all cases so results are prompt and correct.

Watson received his Master of Science in Computer Science from TU where he focused on computer and network security research. He has earned five of the federal Committee on National Security Systems and the National Security Telecommunications and Information Systems Security Committee information assurance certifications.

Watson worked for eight years at Boston Communications Group where he helped develop and implement innovative software technologies for voicemail systems. He also assisted with the deployment of a broad range of prepaid wireless network services in North and South America and the Caribbean.

Chris Noel
Case Manager

Chris is entering his fifth year as a case manager for Avansic, where he is responsible for managing the incoming digital forensics and electronic discovery cases. As a Case Manager, Chris corresponds with the lab technicians to oversee timely delivery of Avansic’s products and services. He is also responsible for accounts receivable and invoicing of storage and ongoing work.

Chris received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa in 2004. He attended TU on golf and academic scholarships where he was a four-year letter winner in Men’s Golf, WAC All-Conference, Ping All-Region and NCAA Division I All-American. As a student athlete, he also received several academic scholar honor awards. After graduation, Chris turned professional and competed on mini-tours for one year. Chris continues to be an avid golfer and athlete.
