Dede Soulé graduated from University of Oklahoma with Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. She serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Avansic, where she manages Account Executives in selling ESI processing products and services to law firms and corporations. She also oversees the multi-city marketing efforts for the company.

Previously, Mrs. Soulé has worked for Wiltel Communications as an Account Executive in Carrier Sales, where she was responsible for selling Wiltel’s fiber optic network to other long distance companies. Then, she commuted to Atlanta when she became the Director of Sales for Premiere Communications, where her primary responsibilities included sales of calling card services to telecommunications companies and the management of a group of sales executives.

Dede Soulé actively works for the First United Methodist Church and is on the Advisory Board at Bishop Kelley High School.

Amy Ahlfenger
Account Executive

Amy Ahlfenger manages client relations with law firms in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Kansas. Amy consults with clients providing solutions on electronically stored information, litigation preparedness, E-discovery and digital forensics, data preservation, on line review and expert consulting services. She develops Managed Services strategies for law firms and keeps her clients up to date with the latest Analytics and E-Discovery technology.

Previously, Ms. Ahlfenger was a document solutions consultant at ImageNet Consulting working with key decision makers to collaboratively create a more efficient workflow and cost effective hardware layout providing software that is application specific to individual business processes.

Amy graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism. She received awards and honors from the H.H. Herbert School of Journalism and has served on the Board for the Parent Teacher Association for Darnaby Elementary.

Troy Boyer
Account Executive

Troy Boyer manages client relations with law firms in Missouri, Texas and Colorado. Troy will consult with key decision makers at firms to provide solutions on data preservation, digital forensics, E-discovery, data preservation, online data review and expert consulting services.

Mr. Boyer has provided litigation support services and consulting for several years prior to joining Avansic. He has given presentations to Paralegal and student groups both at local Bar Association events and in college classroom settings.

Troy has coached youth football and basketball for over 20 years either for a local youth sports organization or the Salvation Army. He has served as VP of Fundraising for a large high school football booster club and enjoys time outside with his family.

Brad Deavers
Project Manager

Brad is a Project Manager at Avansic, where he promotes the development of project protocol, supports Avansic’s online review platforms, and advances Avansic’s organizational system. As a Project Manager, Brad works as a bridge between Avansic's laboratory and our clients to insure satisfactory work-flow in the matters we provide support on.

Brad received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma in 1999. His studies concentrated on Japanese and European history and Japanese language. Prior to joining Avansic he worked in the construction supply industry for 18 years in positions ranging from CIO, CFO, to COO. He enjoys foreign travel when time affords. He is also an avid reader and participates in competition shooting sports with his wife.

Meredith Lee
Online Document Review Supervisor, Litigation Paralegal

Meredith Lee graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Arts and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies with Honors. Meredith serves as the Online Document Review Supervisor at Avansic, a role which provides her the opportunity to specialize in helping our clients with every aspect of their litigation discovery needs; whether it be collection, review, coding and/or production.

Meredith is a paralegal member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and she is known in the legal community for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, efficiency and development of positive client relationships. Her experience in managing document intensive cases, including class actions, from commencement of legal action to trial lends her a knowledge base which provides an acute understanding of the needs of our legal clientele.
