Avansic's End of Year CLE - Tulsa
Avansic's annual End of Year CLE in Tulsa will take place on Wednesday November 28th.

We will be offering 4 hours of free CLE, including one hour of ethics. The presentations will begin at 8:30 am and conclude at 12:30. This event will take place on the 41st floor of the First Place Tower in downtown Tulsa.

This year's presenters will be Thom Wisinkski, Director of Knowledge Management at Haynes & Boone; John Cowling, Partner at Armstrong Teasdale; Tom Vincent, Banking, Compliance and Data Security/Privacy Attorney at Gable Gotwals; George Patterson, Manager of Research and Development at Avansic; and Dr. Gavin W. Manes, CEO of Avansic.

This year's topics include the following:
-What You Need to Know About Information Security - this panel will include discussions on Ransomware, BYOD, private vs. public cloud, investigating digital video recorders, data loss prevention, and GDPR.

-Managing Litigation Support and E-Discovery Projects - this panel will include discussions on what roles paralegals, lawyers, IT, litigation support, and vendors play, as well as lessons learned and e-discovery case law.

-Mobile Device Forensics and User Tracking - this panel will include discussions on the latest technology to perform mobile device forensics, what can be retrieved, mobility usage reports, and other location tracking capabilities.

-Ethics of ESI - the presenter will include addition information on e-discovery case law as well as encryption, inadvertent disclosures, and accessibility.

This CLE is free, but registration is required to
