We have put together a little Wednesday Webinar series for everyone working from home - earn a little CLE credit while learning more about e-discovery at the same time!

On Wednesday, April 8th at 1 PM CST, Our third topic will be Digital Forensics and User History in a Remote Working Era. On this webinar, we will cover the capabilities of digital forensics specifically relating to user activity. Dr. Manes will speak about how forensics can authenticate documents and track user activity, what can be found in carved, deleted, and orphaned data. He will also present on the importance of metadata when collecting and processing digital information. The presentation will conclude with a discussion of Bring Your Own Device issues and a case study.

This is event is approved for 1 hour of CLE credit for those in Oklahoma - for those seeking credit elsewhere, we are happy to provide any information necessary to self-submit.
